How does the Money back guarantee work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up we will
refund you immediately; no questions asked! If you do choose to cancel
your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you
are responsible for charges already incurred up until your
cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 10 days and
we don’t prorate for partial month

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply contact our Billing Dept. via phone, live-chat or our contact form.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No.There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part; you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there additional charges?

If you use more bandwidth then what is included in your plan, we will charge you at your plans overage rate between $0.25 and $0.07 per Gigabyte. Addons available include Live Zones @ $79/mo/zone, Secure VOD Tokens @ $59 per month/zone and additional Custom SSL certificates @ $39 per month per certificate.

What happens if I need more Storage?

If you use more storage then your package allows we will automatically upgrade you to the next biggest package that fits your usage. Any storage usage above top package allotment will be charged at $5/GB.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
